Change Management and the Future of Artificial Intelligent Administrators Cometh

The Future is closer than you might imagine and artificial intelligent eGovernment Administrators are that future. Who needs the bureaucracy if you can use an AI system to streamline things? No coffee breaks, no pension, no sexual harassment lawsuits or slip and fall incidents. Think of all the paper work we will save. Cutting down less trees for Global Warming due to the long awaited and over do government paperwork reduction act in fact. Are the government administrators ready for this change? Soon, many will be laid off and those poor bureaucrats will have to get a job based on productivity in the real world. Yes, Change Management and the Future of Artificial Intelligent Administrators Cometh. Computers with special Artificial Intelligent brains will be able to out think their counterpart bureaucrat. Wonderful, just think of an efficient government without waste, totally efficient and the savings to the tax payer. Excellent indeed. Maybe we can get rid of some of these Congressmen and their expense accounts as well? And just think lobbyists will not be buying lunches for the AI Computers, they dont eat. Everyone knows we need to get rid of the waste in Washington DC and the incredible inefficiencies too. By eliminating jobs we can lower taxes, save the rain forests, clean the environment of CO2 and still get online to save money on our car insurance by switching to Gieko. I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007.
