Hey Mary Stop Doing That I Don't Like It

You dont have to put up with panic attacks because there is a cure, despite what many health authorities and websites scattered about the Internet try to tell you. There isnt a cure whos kidding who here.

You were not born with panic attacks, nine times out of ten you started getting them when you turned forty. Doesnt this tell you anything? Your body is going through a chemical change due to situations in your life where youve neglected to do certain things or youre doing something now that you didnt do before..

Most of the time these changes go unnoticed. Youve probably heard the old saying, I dont know whats the matter with me today I must be going through the change. They are going through a chemical change, and like most people they just feel a bit under the weather for a few days, so they tend to take it easy for a while giving their bodies ample time to recover..

Then when you have allowed your body to get back into its normal functioning you start to feel your normal self again, this is only your body telling you to buck your ideas up, how else can it tell you. Hey Mary stop doing that I dont like it. You get panic attacks because for some reason you didnt listen to your body giving you these warning signs. This might sound a bit blunt but it is completely true..

Youre probably asking yourself at this point, how does he know, he isnt an expert, and you would be dead right, Im not an expert, but I have had years of first hand experience as a panic attack sufferer who learned to listen to his body and take action. The result was: eight years of a completely panic attack free life, because I Listened to what my body was trying to tell me, and took action. .

You can choose to believe the above statement or not, Im not the one looking for a panic attack cure, Im only trying to help you find one. If I can do this by reliving my experiences Im definitely willing to do that for you..

One things for sure, many doctors and health authorities have never witnessed a panic attack, and unless they themselves have been a sufferer there will always be very little understanding of the problems and the overwhelming fear it produces. .

They themselves need educating but for some unknown reason fail to look into the problem further. Taking the easy way out by subscribing drugs as an alternative, leaving it up to the single person to try and help others by his or her own years of trial and error to come up with a suitable solution..

So forget about hypnosis, NLP, and all the other little tips and tricks that are only designed to suppress your panic for a short period of time. You're still going to be left with the problem until you yourself do something about it. Very soon you will understand why this information is worth it's weight in gold.
