Visualization Prerequisite for Success

Visualization is the process of forming a mental picture of something you wish to accomplish; everything must be mentally accomplished before it is actually accomplished. You ability to visualize your future is the single most powerful tool for creating the future that you want and aspire to. A clear vision can help you stretch you ability and achieve higher levels of success. Your vision combined with specific goals enables you to make meaningful decisions. If you know whats important, where you want to be and what you need to do to create the future you want, then daily decisions and activities to achieve that end become easier to pursue.

To harness the power of visualization requires that you actively pursue positive thoughts / attitudes. Attitudes are habits of thought and there is a direct link between the way we think and the way we behave. Your thoughts result in behavior, and behavior will drive outcomes, positive or negative the choice is yours. The picture (visualization) you carry within you will determine all that you accomplish and your expectations will influence your results. Your success is directly related to you action, your action to your attitude. A positive attitude becomes an internal motor that will drive you to accomplishment.

* Clearly identify what you want to accomplish set goals.

* Understand who you want to become, clearly see yourself achieving success.

* Schedule time (15 minutes) each day to focus on your dreams %26 goals.

* Reflect %26 review your progress towards achieving your dreams %26 goals.

* See yourself succeeding (high expectations lead to high performance).

* Eliminate all self doubt (low expectations lead to low performance).
